Return & Replacement Policy

At Aquawale, your satisfaction and safe drinking water are our priority. This policy explains how returns, replacements and warranty claims work for products bought from aquawale.com.
1. Replacement Window
- Report any manufacturing defect or transit damage within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice.
2. What is Covered
- Defective or damaged spare parts (filters, membranes, fittings, pumps, etc.) — free replacement.
- Water purifiers carry a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects; installation and service are covered as per warranty terms.
- Items received wrong, missing or damaged in transit — free replacement or full refund.
3. What is Not Covered
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or unauthorised repair.
- Consumable filters/cartridges once used or installed.
- Normal wear and tear after the warranty period.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- If the product is defective, wrong or damaged in transit, Aquawale bears the return courier cost.
- For all other returns/exchanges (e.g. change of mind), the return courier charges are borne by the customer.
- Customers in Ahmedabad may also return the product in store at no shipping cost.
5. Refunds
- Once a defect or wrong delivery is confirmed, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (for COD orders, via bank transfer/UPI).
