1. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once placed on the website. We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments.
• We may cancel an order in case of stock or pricing errors, with a full refund.

3. Delivery

• Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days depending on your location.
• Purifiers include free installation within our service area.

4. Warranty, Returns & Replacement

Returns, replacements and warranty are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aquawale is not liable for damage arising from misuse, unauthorised repair or failure to follow usage instructions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
